Synopsis:

I was walking “The Strip”– Surrey’s infamous drug hang-out. I thought Kati was the victim of a beating, her face and body ravaged by her addiction. More personal than anything I’ve written in 40 years of reporting, this is Kati “the new face of fentanyl addiction.”
