In Season 2, Emerald wakes up! A new sense of hope and wonder has found its way into the heart of its citizens, and the town itself has come back to life! Bold new colours and revitalized community spaces have spread across town, as well as good cheer and friendliness amongst shop owners and friends. With the stand-off over the Well resolved, Ruby figures life will be easy – especially when it comes to granting wishes. However, the well tests Ruby with an array of new challenges. Clues are more cryptic, words have double meanings, and wishes have more surprising twists and turns than ever. Ruby will have to put her whole self – body, mind and spirit – into her work to keep up with the well’s tough-love style of teaching. Meanwhile, Daniel’s efforts to bring back the famous O’Reilly apple lead him to a new mystery, long-buried in the woods nearby. Perseverance, friendship and love of family reign supreme, with Ruby ultimately facing her toughest wish yet – one that may change her fate as a Well Keeper forever.
