Synopsis:

Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada in 2023 was broadcast Live from Owen Sound Ontario and was Canada’s longest sports program of the year broadcasting 14 straight hours nationally on Sportsnet and CBC. The program was hosted by Ron MacLean outdoors on ice in Owen Sound and included a PWHL Game, a Women’s University game, an OHL game hosted by the Owen Sound Attack as well as all seven Canadian teams in action. Features included grass roots hockey initiatives and heartwarming stories as over 8 million Canadians watched the marathon broadcast.
