Welcome to Carnival Eats – a 13 x 30 min factual series featuring the culinary creations of the midway, and the characters who make them. Hosted by Noah Cappe, Carnival Eats travels across North America to the biggest state fairs and the smallest county carnivals. Over the years, food has become one of the most popular attractions of any carnival or fair, and food vendors on the fair circuit work to create brand new dishes specifically for the connoisseurs who flock to North America’s midways and fairgrounds. From the Klondike to the Meadowlands, our cameras are there to capture Noah’s travels across the country to find the biggest, the best, and the most delicious. In each episode, Noah will uncover the inspiration for these extreme foods and their “secret ingredients.” He’ll meet the cooks, and watch as they prepare their dishes – and even lend a hand. He gives each dish his own taste test, and shares his reactions with viewers. On the midway, Noah will talk to the people who have come to fair in search of these unique, delicious items.
